Sexual Empowerment Two is the continuation of Roger T. Hill's system, published through the Double Dragon International Reiki School with the manual laid out by Jens Søeborg, who was attuned to it by Hill himself and describes him as a good friend. The lineage is stated openly as Roger T. Hill to you, or Roger T. Hill to Jens Söeborg to you. Hill writes about himself with unusual directness: he lives in Selmer, Tennessee, is attuned to master level in many systems, works with crystals and herbs, and holds that no one system is better than another because all energy comes from the same source.
He is equally direct about why he made this system, saying the subject is a difficult one to address, that many people carry hurt around it for years and are ashamed to raise it, and that he wanted to offer something to those who have been harmed. The second level takes up where the first stopped and adds one new symbol, the rune Berkana, which resembles the letter B with pointed arms and is traditionally the rune of fertility, growth and gentle change, called the breast of the earth. Both Usui Reiki teacher level and Sexual Empowerment One are required before it can be received.

How it is used:
Work only when you are settled; the manual says plainly not to run a session while you feel angry or low, since the whole point is to let love flow through you. Begin as you would any Usui session, using the Chokurei, then call in the energy, draw the power sign and the sign of the rose over the recipient, and rest your hands on their shoulders until you feel the flow stop. The manual is firm about boundaries and never has the practitioner touch beyond the shoulders.
To pass the attunement, draw the Chokurei in the air over the recipient's head and see it imprinted, then draw the rose and the Berkana, and ask that they be attuned for their higher will and the good of humankind. At a distance, cup your hands, look into them, state that you are sending the attunement and name the person, then close your hands into the prayer position.
