The Nature Elements System was released in 2010 by Soul Unfoldment, whose founder and director, Hari Andri Winarso, is named in the attunement wording throughout the manual. It is built on the four classical elements and pairs each one with a chakra: Earth with the first or Base chakra, Water with the second or Sacral chakra, Fire with the third or Solar Plexus chakra, and Air with the fourth or Heart chakra, which the manual notes also reaches the fifth. The system is deliberately sequential.
There are four attunements and they must be taken one by one in order, Earth then Water then Fire then Air, with a minimum of three days between each. Only when all four are complete may you pass them on to anyone else. Each element carries a long descriptive section, and the Earth chapter in particular reads as a character study, describing earthy people as cautious, methodical, practical and concerned with detail.
The working itself is simple: place your intention at the relevant chakra and think the name of the element three times.
What this attunement is intended to support:
- Strengthening the receptivity of vital energy, or prana, at each of the four chakras named.
- Building an elemental practice in a deliberate order rather than all at once.
- Understanding the character and temperament each element is traditionally associated with.
- Grounding and stability through the Earth element at the Base chakra.
- Emotional flow and family feeling through the Water element at the Sacral chakra.
- Aspiration and drive through Fire, and intuition through Air at the Heart chakra.
What you receive:
- The complete Nature Elements System manual from Soul Unfoldment.
- Four separate attunements, one for each element, each with its own chakra correspondence and character description.
- The exact receiving wording, the self session method, the method for working with others, and the distance method.
Who this is for:
- Practitioners who want a structured elemental foundation rather than a single energy.
- Students who prefer a paced system with a required gap between stages.
- Teachers who want a system with a clear progression they can guide students through.
How it is used:
Find somewhere you will not be disturbed for about fifteen minutes. Say once, aloud or mentally, that you are ready to receive the attunement of the element you are taking, then place your intention at the matching chakra and say the name of that element three times. Let the energy flow and settle into a deep meditation.
For a session on yourself, sit in a meditation pose, place your intention at the chakra and think the element's name, then let the energy run without analysing it, ideally for about fifteen minutes. For another person, place your hands on them and do the same; at a distance, picture or write their name in your palm, cup your hands and think the element's name.
