The Empath Protection Activation and Clearing was channeled by Tracey Loper and copyrighted in 2010 through Master's Healing Light Academy.

The manual begins by defining the empath as a person with the gift of emotional, mental, spiritual or physical energetic sensitivity, and it is honest that this gift makes for a challenging world: many empaths struggle because they can literally lose themselves in other people's emotions and thoughts, feeling and experiencing the moods, motivations, intentions and pains of everyone around them.

The system is described as given from Spirit so that an empath can move forward with peace, tranquillity, awareness of their own body and steady grounding.
