Dream Light High Resonance Reiki

Dream Light High Resonance is the work of Ferry Puthut Handoko, also known as Ananda Nada Satyapara, an energy healer, martial artist and Vajra Master gTummo who teaches and gives attunements in his own modalities.

The system is built around sleep and dreaming as a channel of communication, so its central purpose is to let you communicate with your Higher Self through dreams, and the manual describes it as an effective pattern for cleansing negativity picked up from outside and for finding a short cut to resolving a current problem.

Ground yourself afterwards, and if you are working with another person the same shape applies, hands on their shoulders or at a distance with their name and location spoken.

To use it for dreaming, activate the energy before you go to sleep, take a few deep breaths, ask for protection, then rest for about ten minutes in meditation or prayer before letting yourself drift off.
