Ama Deus is an energy-based shamanic healing system that the Guarani people of the Amazon jungle of central Brazil have used for some six thousand years, one of the oldest living cultures in the world. Alberto Aguas, a third-generation Brazilian healer whose family had lived among the Guarani for generations, had access to the tribe for eight years, and with their approval spent the last ten years of his life teaching their way of working with energy in a classroom setting until his passing in 1992.
The system moves energy through a series of ancient symbols that carry no names and no colors, visualized with the third eye or applied hands on, and it opens what the manual calls a gate between a person and Divinity that works through the heart chakra.
